Supply Chain Engineer

Job Description: GeekVision is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Engineer to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, logistics, and coordination of materials, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in support of our EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements.
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for EPC projects.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory control, and warehousing to optimize the flow of goods.
  • Analyze and forecast demand, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to prevent disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability.

Executive Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • .Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
